Your next step, made simple.

Request an eligible exchange within 7 days of delivery. Tell us your order number, the item, your reason and the size you would like. Our team will confirm eligibility, stock and next steps before anything is collected.

Customer-selected wrong-size exchanges cost ₹200; approved wrong or defective-item replacements are free. Items must meet the Return & Exchange Policy. A request is not automatic approval.

For damage, keep clear photos of the product, label and packaging, plus any unboxing photos or video. Send evidence by email or WhatsApp with your order number. Do not ship an item to the registered address without our instructions.
