These terms apply when you browse or place an order with Choruslane at choruslane.in. Please also read our Privacy policy, Shipping information, and Returns & exchanges policy.

Orders and product information

Provide accurate contact, delivery, and payment information and review the product, size, quantity, and total before ordering. You must be legally able to enter into the transaction, or have appropriate parent or guardian involvement.

Product availability is subject to stock confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order because of unavailable stock, an obvious listing error, or another valid reason, we will contact you and arrange the applicable remedy. An order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your order; dispatch details are sent separately.

We aim to represent products accurately. Screens and lighting can affect colour appearance. Original garment photographs are the reference for embroidery and product details; AI-assisted studio and styling images are identified as inspiration. This does not excuse a product that materially differs from its description.

Prices and payments

Prices are displayed in Indian rupees. Applicable taxes and the final total are shown before you confirm an order. Standard shipping throughout India is free. Use only the payment options offered at checkout. We do not request payment PINs, passwords, or OTPs through our support form.

Prices and availability may change for future orders. We will not apply a later price increase to an already accepted order without your agreement.

Shipping and exchanges

Normal dispatch takes 1–3 working days; estimated delivery is 3–5 days after dispatch and can vary by location or disruption. Full details are in our shipping policy.

Our voluntary policy permits genuine size, damage, defect, or incorrect-item exchange requests within 7 days of delivery. We do not offer change-of-mind returns or refunds. Nothing in these terms limits a return, refund, replacement, or other remedy required by applicable Indian consumer law.

Using this website

Do not misuse the site, submit fraudulent orders, interfere with its security, or use its content unlawfully. Website content remains subject to the rights of its respective owners. Links to third-party sites are governed by those sites' own terms and privacy notices.

Service availability and responsibility

We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but maintenance and technical interruptions may occur. No statement here excludes responsibility or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms do not waive consumer protections or access to the appropriate consumer grievance or dispute process.

Updates and applicable law

These terms are governed by applicable laws of India. We may update the terms for future use and orders; changes do not retrospectively remove rights relating to an earlier order.
