This policy explains how Choruslane uses personal information when you visit choruslane.in, place an order, or contact us. Our storefront and checkout are hosted by Shopify.

- Contact and order details: your name, email, mobile number, billing and delivery addresses, chosen products, sizes, quantities, payment status, and transaction references.
- Support information: messages, order references, and photos or video that you provide for a product issue or exchange.
- Technical information: IP address, browser and device information, cookies, and information about site interactions collected through Shopify and any enabled site services.
- Payment information is processed through the checkout and its payment providers. Do not send full card details, PINs, passwords, or OTPs through our contact form.
